- Tim CDelicious noodles and totally worth the wait, even if you're not into Asian foods all that much. This is a small restaurant, and there's always a line outside so be prepared to wait. It's located near the bustling Myeongdong district, but just around the corner from all the tourists and the shopping district.
김도형A Dandan noodle(担担麺) restaurant located near Myeongdong Station. This place calls the dish 'tantanmen', which is a name in Japanese. Their Tantanmen has got it's idea from Japanese version of the Dandan noodle, but unlike Japanese version of the noodle, their noodle is dry. Selected as 'Bib gourmet' from the guide du micheline. The chef Jung Chang Wook, is a famous chef and he makes the noodles himself. The noodle costs 12,000 won and you MUST add Onsen Tamago, which makes total price 13,000 won. Quite expensive for a bowl of noodle, but the delicate taste makes it worth it. Since there are only 8 seats in the restaurant, you might have to wait for a long time.
